Offeror Users may access certain paid features (“Paid Services”) subject to these Terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Site.
Adults Only (18+)
The Site is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the Site, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. Any attempt to access or use the Site by minors constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Where Paid Services are involved, liability shall be limited to the greater of the amount paid in the preceding twelve months or EUR 500. For all other services, liability shall not exceed EUR 150.
Paid Services (Offeror Users)
By purchasing Paid Services, Offeror Users authorize the Site to display and promote their content for increased visibility. Payments are processed via third-party payment providers, whose terms govern all transactions.
We are not responsible for errors, delays, or disputes caused by payment providers. Violations of these Terms may result in removal of content, suspension, or permanent bans without refund.
Age Verification
Offeror Users may be required to complete age verification before publishing content. Verification may be conducted through automated or manual processes, including third-party verification services.
Personal data collected for age verification is processed strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and used solely to confirm eligibility.
Acceptable Use Policy
Users agree not to upload, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, exploitative, abusive, or otherwise violates public order or morality.
Offeror Users warrant that:
- all persons depicted are adults (18+)
- all content is consensual and lawful
- they own or have rights to all uploaded content
Posting content involving minors, non-consensual material, extreme pornography, or hate speech will result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities where required.
Guidelines
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- explicit sexual acts or visible genitalia
- content involving minors or non-consensual acts
- sale of drugs, weapons, or illegal goods
- virtual-only sexual services or sale of digital sexual content
- links to external platforms for selling sexual content
- hate speech, harassment, or threats
